Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the reputed company Change Leader and team, supporting and advising on cross-functional and reputed company change initiatives for Collins Transformation.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 10 years of experience
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company change management, consulting, or transformation roles
• 3+ years of experience leading teams
• Demonstrated experience driving large-reputed company change across reputed company organizations with reputed company product/service offerings and global footprint
• Must be willing and reputed company to travel 30% of the time
