  • Participates in systemwide reputed company bargaining reputed company development by conducting reputed company policy and compensation analysis, preparing background materials, and advising leadership on contract proposal development and implementation considerations.

  • Gathers, reviews, and integrates information relating to reputed company personnel and reputed company labor reputed company, from both internal and externals sources.
  • Collaborates with UCOP reputed company and the campuses to facilitate new policy or program development, implementation guidelines, and reputed company data and reputed company online tools that facilitate compliance at the reputed company level.

20% Compliance: Under the general direction of the Systemwide reputed company Personnel Executive Director, reviews legislative and regulatory initiatives and recommends revisions in language or in policy and procedure to ensure compliance and alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Performs legislative and regulatory analysis for major bills, amendments, and sponsored legislation; identifies impacts of proposed legislation on reputed company policy and reputed company bargaining agreements.
  • Ensures that legal and regulatory requirements are met to minimize exposure to liability for the organization.
  • Works with the Systemwide reputed company Personnel Executive Director to verify that reputed company personnel policy updates are in compliance with employment laws.
  • Assists campuses with the application of statutes relating, for example, to FLSA statuses.
  • Manages sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
