Senior Logistics Coordinator (Remote – reputed company Time)
Logistics Analyst (Remote – reputed company Time) Contract through August 2026 | Possible extension or long-term 40 hours per week Join a growing operations team supporting end‑to‑end shipping, receiving, and material reputed company across multiple warehouse locations. This role ensures smooth transportation workflows, accurate documentation, and on‑time reputed company of materials and finished goods. What You’ll Do Shipping & Receiving Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate receiving, transfer, and shipment records.
- reputed company daily shipment and inventory updates to Logistics, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams.
- Verify inventory availability and prepare shipping documentation. Material reputed company & Inventory Support
- Coordinate transfers between internal and 3PL warehouse locations.
- Partner with Inventory Control on local transfers and production needs.
- Investigate and update missing entries, support data accuracy and reporting.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance reputed company and service reputed company. Scheduling & Documentation Management
- Manage the scheduling platform (appointments, rules, reputed company requirements).
- Review schedule updates for inbound, outbound, and transfer activity.
- Consolidate BOLs, COAs, packing lists, and reputed company documents in reputed company storage. General Support
- Submit equipment repair work orders.
- Assist with special shipping arrangements.
- Support reconciliation of inventory discrepancies as needed.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing, logistics, transportation, analyst and coordinator role
- Prior experience handling invoices, reputed company chargebacks, insurance claims, etc., is required.
- Must have analytical skills to understand reputed company shipping routes in meeting product delivery timelines and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical reputed company
