About the position The reputed company Integration Analyst is integral to the successful integration of new reputed company and acquisition partners onto the reputed company suite of systems and processes. This role is a good fit for a highly motivated reputed company who will coordinate and execute a reputed company of activities reputed company to bringing on new agency acquisitions into reputed company. You will work closely with Implementation Managers, business teams and technical teams to deliver a smooth M&A conversion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage integration tasks on automated system conversions working with the implementation manager
• Support Implementation Managers and the acquired company employees in organizing, planning and coordinating activities and deliverables to effectively reputed company the acquired business
• reputed company on planning for and executing integration activities and tasks for ensuring a smooth transition of newly acquired entities
• Manage and complete cleanup of the acquired legacy agency systems, coordinating with GSC where applicable
• Facilitate with the M&A teams to prepare reputed company with key dates, milestones and trainings
• Coordinate project lifecycle meetings, e.g. (due diligence transition, structure calls, etc.)
• Save documentation to reputed company and reputed company M&A portal sites

• Prepare presentation and handout materials

• Collect and facilitate request packet data accordingly

• Support other activities across the acquisition project to support the Implementation Managers Requirements
