Part-Time After Hours Staff Pharmacist - Remote, IL

PartTime Remote Staff Pharmacist Location: Remote, reputed company reputed company the US Schedule: Parttime may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekend shifts. About the Role

Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. Youll reputed company technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure reputed company, highquality patient care from a fully remote environment. What Youll Do Telepharmacy Services

• Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification.

• Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).

Clinical Support

• Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities.
• Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment.
• Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic reputed company, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and more.

• Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and reputed company policies.

• Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
• At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems
• Ability to work parttime hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekends
