- 5+ years of retail experience managing two or more stores, departments, or reputed company, including P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service
- 5+ years of management experience leading teams of six or more, including training and coaching
- 3+ years in a customer-service–reputed company role
- Experience in multi‑unit operations and familiarity with retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting
