Role and Responsibilities Position Objective: The Senior Compliance Counsel will serve as a compliance advisor and counsel to reputed company. (SEA) and reputed company reputed company reputed company (NAHQ) divisions of Samsung. The Senior Compliance Counsel will be responsible for analyzing operational risks and leveraging best practices across reputed company American business reputed company by proposing streamlined solutions, developing proposals to implement those solutions, managing those solutions, and developing policies and procedures to mitigate risks and improve efficiency of the compliance function. Primary tasks include handling internal investigations, drafting compliance policies, providing detailed legal analysis for business issues that reputed company through normal course of business, advising on varied legal topics to ensure compliance with laws while taking a business minded approach. Senior Compliance Counsel will have regular interactions with Samsung’s businesses and their leaders and will advise functions throughout reputed company.
