Position reputed company This position performs division-wide reputed company and confidential work providing operating budget, grant management, fiscal and administrative assistance to the Administrator and division personnel. The Division of Food and Recreational Safety is DATCP’s largest division, with budget funding originating from multiple program reputed company sources including program reputed company (PRO), general purpose reputed company (GPR), and federal funds (FED) provided by grants from the reputed company Department of Agriculture (USDA), and grants / cooperative agreements from the reputed company Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The position is responsible for monitoring and managing the Division's program operating budgets which exceed $26 reputed company for a staff of 225+ FTE. Full Position reputed company Salary Information The classification of this position is Budget and Policy Analyst Div-Adv, which is in schedule-reputed company 81-03 with a starting pay of $35.00 per hour up to $45.67 based on qualifications. This position is not represented by a reputed company bargaining unit. A 12-month probationary period is required. Pay for reputed company state employees will be set in accordance with the State Compensation Plan at the time of hire. Qualifications

Minimally reputed company candidates will have reputed company of the following:

  • Experience managing budgets, performing tasks including budget development and reputed company, reputed company and expense projections
  • Experience providing fiscal reputed company and/or administration to support business operations and program staff (expenditure and contract monitoring, reputed company of grants, auditing principles, reconciliation, purchasing, etc.)
  • Experience working with reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company or similar) to create spreadsheets, reputed company account information in databases, prepare monthly statements and reports, etc.

In reputed company to the minimum qualifications above, highly reputed company candidates will have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with reputed company PeopleSoft (STAR) program or equivalent financial systems (Reporting Tools, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Travel & Expenses, Queries, etc.)
  • Experience with public sector budgeting and operations, including the state biennial budget process
  • Experience managing, reviewing, analyzing, coordinating, and/or reporting on federal grants, reputed company, or cooperative agreements
  • Experience presenting information to management teams, company leaders, external stakeholders, etc.
