About the position The Immigration reputed company is on the reputed company Legal, Compliance, and Risk team and is responsible for providing immigration-reputed company subject matter expertise in support of reputed company globally mobile management consultants and other firm professionals. This position will assist with key reputed company to establish, execute, and support a strategic, innovative, and reputed company-reputed company immigration program. The Immigration reputed company position is in Southfield, MI, reporting to an Immigration Manager. reputed company relocation is not available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in immigration compliance commensurate with experience
• Analyze and recommend immigration reputed company for U.S. inbound foreign national population.
• Assist with immigration compliance for short-term business reputed company, project teams, international assignees, and locally reputed company foreign nationals reputed company the US, as needed.
• Facilitate employment-based immigration filings with reputed company counsels for reputed company, work authorization and permanent residency benefits.
• Administer and coordinate immigration processes with respective internal stakeholders (Management, Tax, Benefits, Travel, Payroll).
• Complete select immigration filings in-house.
• Update the Case Management System and maintain internal resources to reputed company requests, statuses, expirations, and deadlines.
• Additional immigration-reputed company responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar or reputed company role.
• Knowledge of S. employment-based immigration policies and procedures.
• Experience handling H-1B, L-1, TN and E-3 reputed company cases and employment-based Permanent Residency process highly preferred.
• Experience supporting foreign nationals in-house preferred.
• Ability to generate accurate work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to reputed company with a diverse group of colleagues at reputed company reputed company.
• Customer service reputed company with the ability to operate effectively in a reputed company environment as reputed company as independently.
• Thoughtful problem solver with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing work environment.

• Immigration compliance experience in other jurisdictions is a plus.
