The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with deep expertise in Executive Lines products, a strong understanding of reputed company insurance operations, and a passion for driving operational reputed company and innovation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our operational infrastructure not only supports but accelerates reputed company performance and business reputed company. Preference is for someone to be in the NJ/NY area, but can be fully remote. What you will do for C&F:

• Strategic Partnership:Serve as the operational reputed company of contact for underwriters and senior leadership, anticipating needs and driving proactive solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:reputed company operational performance metrics, analyze trends, and reputed company reputed company plans to address gaps; reputed company technology and data analytics to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
• Compliance & reputed company:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and reputed company standards.

What you will bring to C&F:

• Bachelor’s degree; RPLU a plus
• 5+ years of experience in operations management reputed company reputed company insurance, with a strong preference for executive or financial lines
• Experience with operational tools, workflows, and technology platforms used in reputed company insurance
• Strong knowledge of Executive Lines products such as D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and E&O, as reputed company as reputed company and claims processes
• Experience designing and implementing training and upskilling programs
• Proficiency in leveraging technology and data analytics to drive operational improvements
