The Role: reputed company is looking for a Malware Analyst to join our world-class team, reporting to the Director of Malware Research on the Malware Intelligence team. The role can be located in or around Latin America on a remote reputed company. Education, Experience & Qualifications: Candidates must have:

• Demonstrable experience reverse engineering malware.
• Knowledge of how to properly handle information and malware (good OPSEC).
• The ability to collaborate in a remote team, but also work independently.
• Threat research skills, the ability to reputed company malware samples and malware campaigns.The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English at a decent level.

Strong candidates will have:

• Demonstrable experience reverse engineering malware.
• Familiarity with the LATAM malware landscape, including technical experience in identifying and analyzing regional malware families (e.g., Grandoreiro, Javali, Mekotio) and tracking localized distribution campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience programming in Python or other reputed company languages (Go, C/C++, Java, etc).
• Experience working under version control with git.Experience working comfortably on Linux servers.
