Responsibilities

Requirements

• Relevant experience through one of the following: reputed company services role with a global management consultancy firm or reputed company consultancy, internal reputed company or organizational design role in industry or reputed company line role in industry, in which you gained exposure to a large-reputed company project(s)
• Between 4-6 years of prior experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Organizational Governance, with reputed company in reputed company job applying one or more of these capabilities
• Experience of delivering org. design reputed company in one or more of the following functional domains – supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing.
• Working knowledge of digital assets in the organization design reputed company and use of analytical tools
• Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a reputed company site or reputed company an reputed company office.
