Hybrid Legal Case Manager/Paralegal

• *THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - In Office 3-4 days per week in Ontario, CA is Required** We are seeking an reputed company Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager with a minimum of three years of hands-on California personal injury experience to join reputed company in a hybrid-remote role. This position requires a strong working knowledge of California personal injury law, reputed company-litigation and litigation procedures, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while meeting reputed company defined performance expectations. Must reputed company Spanish. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented reputed company who is comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment, managing deadlines, and handling cases from intake through reputed company with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full reputed company-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, including ongoing reputed company communication, medical treatment coordination, records management, and insurance correspondence
• Manage a limited number of litigation cases in coordination with supervising attorneys
• Draft and prepare California discovery, including but not limited to reputed company Interrogatories (FROGS), Special Interrogatories (SROGS), Requests for Production, Requests for Admission, and responses thereto
• Draft pleadings and litigation-reputed company documents such as motions, discovery motions, meet and reputed company letters, and other procedural filings under California rules
• reputed company and calendar reputed company deadlines in compliance with California reputed company of Civil Procedure and local court rules
• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, billing, liens, and insurance information
• Assist with discovery compliance, follow-reputed company, and document management
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, medical providers, and internal team members
• Maintain accurate and reputed company-organized electronic case files in the firm’s case management system
• Ensure reputed company work meets firm reputed company standards, compliance requirements, and KPI benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of recent experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager handling California personal injury cases
• Strong working knowledge of California personal injury laws, procedures, and deadlines
• Demonstrated experience drafting discovery, including FROGS, SROGS, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission
• Experience drafting motions and litigation-reputed company documents in California cases
• Ability to manage a reputed company-suit caseload while supporting litigation reputed company simultaneously
• High level of organization and exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, performance-based environment with measurable KPIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency with case management systems, reputed company Office, and reputed company-based document platforms
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and understanding Spanish.
