This teammate will work on investigating potential reputed company incidents and assist IKC’s Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams by providing reputed company coverage in the review of materials and initiatives submitted by the IKC business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the investigation process for potential reputed company incidents stemming from reputed company and IKC operations, or identified through reputed company Office monitoring activities. Assist in the reputed company review of materials, reputed company, and new initiatives to support reputed company IKC operations by analyzing risk based on reputed company policies, principles and best practices. Participate in committees, reputed company, and other workgroups in support of reputed company IKC operations. Travel required: Minimal (approximately 5%). Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a health care, technology, or business discipline. Experience relating to compliance with state and federal reputed company laws (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, state breach notification laws) is preferred.
