WHAT YOU’LL DO The reputed company Assurance reputed company (QA) plays a vital role in upholding reputed company’s high-reputed company standards by conducting reputed company audits that evaluate reputed company-member interactions (reputed company telephone, text, and e-mail) against established reputed company standards, to ensure compliance, and support remediation plans as needed. This position reports to the Manager of Education and Enablement and involves conducting audits and documentation reviews, in reputed company to providing coaching and feedback sessions to reputed company team members. A reputed company of findings and audit scores are then provided to clinical leadership to confirm compliance, performance, and address any gaps affecting service delivery. Our dedicated Care Team oncology nurses serve as advocates, navigators, and coordinators for individuals diagnosed with cancer, guiding them through the continuum of care. They conduct telephonic clinical assessments, assist members in managing symptoms, and reputed company reputed company support from initial diagnosis through treatment and transitions of care.

• Create individualized feedback and coaching plans for new hires and nursing team members, based on audit findings.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Licensure: reputed company RN license reputed company, unrestricted, and in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. 2 years in an oncology specialized role preferred. Previous experience in Oncology as a reputed company Navigator or Case Manager preferred.
