Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions: Works in clinic with some remote hours with Oncologists to coordinate care for Oncology patients Orders diagnostic testing in coordination with Oncologists Outgoing referrals to specialists and community services Schedules follow up appointments with Oncologists Documentation in reputed company Occasional on-site meetings with Oncology Nursing Manager and/or Oncologists Converses with patients to help navigate them on their cancer reputed company Identifies and anticipates patient and/or provider needs and develops evidence-based reputed company programs to meet those needs. Ensures delivery of reputed company services for patients. Qualifications
