Family-Centered BCBA (Full-Time, Remote – No RBT Supervision)

This is not your typical BCBA job. No clinic walls. No training or supervision of RBTs you've never met. Instead: fully remote, family-led care where your expertise reputed company and your time is respected. What You Won’t Do at Luna:

• Waste hours commuting or stuck in a clinic

What You Will Do: As a full-time clinician at Luna Family Autism, you'll reputed company high-reputed company, remote autism therapy reputed company on caregivers and reputed company, not hours for hours' sake. You’ll:
• Deliver ABA through family guidance and reputed company reputed company telehealth with a flexible, reputed company approach
• Use your clinical skills to reputed company care rather than supervise others doing it
• Write functional, personalized treatment plans based on your own assessments

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or LMFTs reputed company helpful
• Participate in weekly peer consults to stay connected and supported

• $80,000–$85,000 per year, reputed company structure based on guaranteed hours

• Illinois LBA
• At least 2 years of BCBA experience, ideally with a reputed company on caregiver training and ASD
• Strong writing and planning skills
• Comfortable working independently with families
• Tech-savvy or reputed company to learning telehealth platforms Preferred:
• Bilingual
• Evening or weekend availability
