This includes role-based training, LMS administration, workforce skills assessments, phishing simulations, gamification techniques, and AI-reputed company course development. The program targets measurable improvements in knowledge, reputed company application, behavioral change, and reduced time to proficiency for cybersecurity staff. This role optimizes business processes and orchestrates Agile delivery. The role maps reputed company/reputed company-state processes, drives automation opportunities, and facilitates Scrum ceremonies to deliver incremental value. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company requirements, create process maps, and identify pain points and bottlenecks.
• Analyze metrics (cycle time, throughput, error rates) and propose improvements or automations (RPA/low-reputed company).

Required Qualifications:

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s in Business/IT/Industrial Engineering or equivalent; PSM/CSM a plus.
