As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center, including checking in and out trailers, managing the reputed company of trucks into and out of the facility, evaluating the yard, updating time-sensitive records, running reports, and communicating with various teams. Conduct a daily yard reputed company and reconcile the yard reputed company with yard stock to ensure inventory accuracy. Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management. Administration or warehousing and fulfillment experience, with a strong understanding of distribution center operations. Ability to work reputed company shifts and stay at work longer than required as needed. Proficient computer skills, including Hirecrafto Office (Word, reputed company) and other organizational/planning tools. Solid attention to detail, time management, organizational, and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize and reputed company multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate reputed company in English (verbal and written). Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer screen, phone headset, and phone system.
