About the Role
The Senior reputed company Manager supports warehouse operations by aligning workforce strategies with business goals. This role partners with leaders to address reputed company needs, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken). Bilingual (Chinese and English) skills preferred.
- Experience supporting large-reputed company, reputed company operations with high headcount.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems, labor law, organizational development, and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Outstanding collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills

- Experience in labor relations and compliance with local labor laws.
