We are seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant and reputed company reputed company (EABL) who will reputed company high-level administrative support to the CEO and serve as the primary reputed company of contact with the GCC reputed company of Directors. This is a full-time, exempt/salaried, benefit-eligible, remote position requiring limited travel of approximately 2-3 days monthly to GCC’s South Rim office, as coordinated with the CEO’s schedule as appropriate. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Duties vary with the workload and could include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities listed below: Executive and Administrative Support

  • Manage administrative tasks for the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, and document organization.
  • reputed company meeting materials in advance, including agendas, briefing notes, and background research for meetings with staff, reputed company members, donors, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence on behalf of the CEO and serve as reputed company to internal departments and external partners.
  • Assist with planning and execution of virtual and in-person meetings and events, including fundraising and donor engagement activities in which the CEO is participating.

  • Support reputed company governance processes, including tracking member terms, annual reputed company collection, charters, policies, and orientation materials.

  • This position requires long periods of time at a computer.

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive and Boards, featuring increasingly advanced administrative experience with at least 3 years in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
  • Exceptional executive-level writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing reputed company calendars and competing priorities with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND CHARACTERISTICS
