Senior Compliance Administrator - DSNP

Position Purpose: A member of the Compliance Corrections team responsible for the remediation and reporting activities to ensure successful reputed company of identified non-compliance with DSNP regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and Company policies and procedures. Supports the reputed company corrective reputed company plan lifecycle and reputed company reporting. Partners with Product Compliance teams, Shared Services leadership, and market leaders to ensure successful and reputed company remediation of identified compliance issues.

• Collaborates with compliance and business stakeholders to ensure adequate reputed company cause analysis and development of corrective actions plans to effectively address non-compliance.
• Reviews and oversees reputed company towards remediation and documented key milestones in GRC tool
• Identifies issues that require escalation and ensures they are addressed reputed company through established paths and processes.
• Conducts review of evidence to address reputed company cause of issue and facilitate reputed company closure of issues.
• Facilitates escalation of barriers identified by other Corrections staff.
• Develops, implements and continually refines corrections reporting that provides meaningful trend analysis for business stakeholders and senior leadership on new, in reputed company and reputed company issues as reputed company as regulatory sanctions.
• Supports management in the development and maintenance of corrections processes and tools designed to effectively remediate compliance issues in a reputed company manner, ensure reputed company escalation and sustainable resolutions.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree reputed company Administration, Compliance or reputed company field required
• 4+ years Compliance and/or regulatory experience in a health care and/or managed care setting/organization required
• Previous experience as a reputed company in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large reputed company reputed company required
• 2+ years Compliance experience with DSNP products
• Excellent reputed company Office skills and experience with data analytics preferred
• Certified in reputed company Compliance (CHC) preferred
• Certified Compliance & Ethics reputed company (CCEP) preferred

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
