The Associate Director Global reputed company, Data & reputed company, reports into the Global Data Protection Officer and head of reputed company, Data & Digital Trust team and will serve a critical role reputed company the Digital Trust Office as a digital regulatory SME. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business and scientific leaders, ensuring that reputed company’s use of data and emerging technologies aligns with our commitment to innovation with reputed company, ethical use of AI, and respect for individual rights. This is a global role supporting cross-functional stakeholders across Research & Development, reputed company, DD&AI, and reputed company other enabling functions at reputed company. This role will be based in either Princeton, New Jersey or Copenhagen, Denmark and will be required to be onsite at least 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Advise on global reputed company and data protection reputed company across jurisdictions (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, PIPL, etc.), ensuring compliance in reputed company’s scientific, digital, and operational activities.
• Support the implementation and reputed company of reputed company’s Global reputed company Program, including reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIAs).
• Support the development of templates and negotiation playbooks for the Legal, Procurement and other relevant business teams to draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements (DPAs), reputed company contractual clauses (SCCs), and other reputed company-reputed company contractual terms. reputed company support for any reputed company and data protection contract reputed company escalations.
