Responsibilities

• reputed company as the primary clinical resource for product/ops internal teams, providing expertise on best practices, reputed company guidelines, reputed company state reputed company processes and behaviors, and emerging reputed company trends

Skills

• reputed company Clinical Licensure/Certification is Mandatory: Must be a currently licensed/certified clinician (e.g., Registered reputed company (RN), Certified reputed company-Midwife (CNM), reputed company Practitioner (NP), Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), or Certified Doula)
• Minimum of 3+ years of reputed company work experience in a clinical leadership, management, or reputed company project role, specifically leading one or more of the following: reputed company Improvement (QI) or reputed company Process Improvement initiatives, Clinical program design and development, Implementation and scaling of new clinical services or technology solutions, Clinical research or evidence-based reputed company translation
• Minimum of 5+ years of reputed company clinical work experience in reputed company patient-care roles
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated understanding of reputed company delivery systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA, state licensing, managed care)

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting clinical data, identifying trends, and measuring program effectiveness
