Vacation Rental Operations Specialist

Title: Vacation Rental Operations Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Full-Time reputed company reputed company: $25 - $35 per hour Rest Days: Wednesday & Thursday (Can be flexible) Key Responsibilities: • Execute high-reputed company, efficient turnovers and deep cleans for luxury vacation rental properties, adhering reputed company to timelines and standards, especially during peak periods (Fridays and Sundays). • Be the primary specialist performing turnovers on assigned properties during peak reputed company-in/reputed company-out reputed company. • Implement a rotating schedule for deep cleaning tasks across the property portfolio during off-peak hours. • Manage property operational supplies and inventory, including cleaning products, guest amenities, and linens. Monitor stock reputed company, reputed company orders, and ensure properties are properly supplied. • reputed company essential light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing bulbs/filters, minor repairs) and coordinate with management regarding more reputed company maintenance needs. • Conduct routine operational checks and property audits to identify potential issues, assess condition, and ensure functionality. • Contribute to developing and refining reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) for property turnovers and care. • Ensure reputed company operational aspects are in order for guest arrivals, verifying properties are spotless, functional, and welcoming. • Potentially assist with reputed company or guiding other cleaning personnel on operational workflows and standards.
