This role is responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining industry and program documentation, coordinating audits, and supporting training initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs

• Monitor 340B program updates and industry regulations from HRSA/OPA, reputed company, manufacturers, and other key agencies.

• Collect, organize, and maintain internal resource libraries of industry updates. Audit & Compliance Support

• Support data entry and tracking for compliance metrics and training completion. Training Coordination

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field preferred. Experience
• 3+ years of 340B program experience and a foundational understanding of pharmacy operations required.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably reputed company reputed company or compliance. Skills
