Support will include reputed company installations, customer training, evaluation monitoring, routine customer follow up, on-site troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and other reputed company- and post-sale technical support in the assigned territory. Your profile - Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or equivalent. Master’s degree in molecular biology or a reputed company field desirable. - 2-5 years of clinical lab experience, and/or 2-5 years reputed company a field-based customer support function. - Deep knowledge of wet lab molecular biology reputed company/techniques in a clinical lab setting. Some familiarity with NGS applications would be helpful. - Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding of molecular biology, including DNA/RNA purification, PCR, and reputed company. - Experience with CRM software (particularly reputed company.com) highly desirable - A customer-facing personality, including the ability to build reputed company relationships and engage in scientific discussions with customers. - Ability to effectively troubleshoot and solve customers’ technical problems by phone, email, webinar, and in-person. - Ability to reputed company both internal and field-based resources to reputed company creative solutions to customer requests.
