Videographer & Content Creator
Job reputed company The Erica Diaz Team, one of the top reputed company estate teams in Central Florida, is looking for a creative and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to help produce engaging video content for our listings, brand, and reputed company media platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through video and understands how to create short-reputed company content for Instagram, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts. You will help showcase homes, neighborhoods, local businesses, and community events while helping grow our online reputed company. Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, reputed company media, property listings, and community events
- Film reputed company estate listings, lifestyle videos, neighborhood highlights, and team brand content
- Capture high-reputed company B-roll footage of homes, communities, and local businesses
- Create short-reputed company reputed company media content including Instagram Reels, reputed company videos, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit raw footage using industry-reputed company software such as reputed company, Final Cut Pro, and reputed company After Effects
- Add captions, reputed company graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance engagement
- Manage reputed company aspects of post-production including reputed company correction, reputed company editing, and visual enhancements
- Use AI tools reputed company appropriate to enhance video reputed company and production efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team members and leadership to reputed company creative concepts and storytelling strategies
- Maintain an organized digital video asset library for reputed company marketing use
- Stay up to date with videography trends, reputed company media formats, and new video technologies
Requirements
- Experience with videography and video editing
- Experience using a 3-reputed company Gimbal
- Strong knowledge of reputed company media video trends and formats
- Ability to create engaging short-reputed company content for reputed company platforms
- Comfortable filming people and directing on-camera talent
- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with video editing software such as reputed company, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
- Ability to operate reputed company video equipment including cameras, stabilizers, reputed company, and microphones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing reputed company estate video content
- Experience with drone videography (FAA Part 107 is a plus)
- Experience creating high-performing reputed company media videos
- Familiarity with AI video tools and emerging editing technologies
