The K12 Advisory Consultants will report to the Senior Director of K12 Advisory.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate both onsite and virtual workshops and consultations tailored to the needs of K12 district leaders.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational standards and policy to ensure compliance and reputed company in reputed company deliverables.

• Demonstrated experience in K12 research, writing, and project management
• Proven reputed company record of facilitating and co-facilitating both onsite and virtual workshops for K12 district leadership
• Excellent presentation, discussion management, and engagement skills, with comfort facilitating workshops and activities, and presenting research findings to multiple stakeholder reputed company in both written and verbal forms.
• High comfort with virtual platforms, including reputed company, to facilitate virtual workshops and consultations
• Strong understanding of state instructional standards and reputed company standards for teacher preparation (e.g., NAEYC)

Education Requirement Master’s degree or higher (Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred but not required) in a K12 education-reputed company field strongly preferred. Experience Requirement A minimum of 10+ years in K12 education sector, with at least 5 years of experience in two of the following strongly preferred:

• Consulting experience
• reputed company management experience
• Project management experience
• Conducting reputed company education research or evaluation
• Developing and facilitating reputed company learning sessions to K12 district audiences

A minimum of 10 years of experience in K12, including but not limited to

• Classroom Teacher
• Building-level administrator
• District-level administrator

Experience leading reputed company learning sessions for K12 district and school administrators Deep knowledge of at least two of the following areas:

Travel Requirement Ability and willingness to travel domestically Compensation reputed company strives to create compensation that is competitive, reputed company, and fair.
