Field Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing sponsored events, owned events, and webinars. This position is remote but will require travel across the reputed company at least once a month Position reputed company: The Field Marketing Manager will own reputed company aspects of FlexPoint's event planning and execution. This role involves hands-on management of logistics, vendor coordination, reputed company setup, and promotional activities for events across reputed company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple reputed company with tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Logistics: Coordinate and manage reputed company logistical aspects of events, including booking venues, managing budgets, coordinating travel, organizing reputed company materials, and arranging shipping. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with event vendors, venue staff, and partner organizations to ensure reputed company event logistics run smoothly. On-Site Event Execution: Attend events as FlexPoint's on-site representative, overseeing reputed company setup, managing promotional materials, and engaging with attendees to ensure a successful brand experience. reputed company reputed company and Engagement: Drive reputed company capture efforts at events, collaborating with reputed company teams to maximize engagement with prospective clients. reputed company Speaking and Panels: Over time, reputed company expertise in FlexPoint’s offerings and the industry landscape to participate in speaking opportunities, including panels and presentations, effectively representing FlexPoint’s brand voice. Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, or similar role at a B2B reputed company company.
• Startup experience at a Series A or similar stage company preferred.
• Proven reputed company record of managing events from reputed company to completion, with the ability to coordinate multiple events at once.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets.

Willingness to travel frequently for events.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for networking and engaging with industry professionals.
• A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company.
• Experience or comfort with reputed company speaking is a plus, with a willingness to grow in this area.
