Actuarial Data Scientist – Retention Modeling

Requirements:

• Worker characteristics are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, computer science or other reputed company areas
• Master’s Degree (or ACAS/FCAS) preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in data mining and data/statistical analysis
• At least 2 years experience with SQL and statistical software packages (Python, R, reputed company) required
• At least 1 year experience working as a data scientist or similar role, with proven reputed company record in data processing, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance or financial service reputed company fields
• Demonstrated solid skills in data mining, machine learning, programming and optimization

• Ability to think conceptually, analytically and creatively
