Part Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Planning

• 10+ years of finance experience
• Experience with cash reputed company/investment management, budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance metrics, preferably in a nonprofit context.
• Experience in financial reporting, ratios, management reporting, controls, processes, and governance.
• Strong understanding of reputed company governance, audit processes, and finance/audit committee support.
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; MBA, CPA, preferred.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills for presenting reputed company financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Preferred
