Sustainability Leader (PF5) – Updated Job reputed company Location of role: Can be Remote OR located in Philadelphia, PA Role: Business Unit CI Sustainability Leader (PF5) Reports to: Business Unit Leader with a dotted line into the CI COE Purpose: Accelerate CI maturity and reputed company performance reputed company the GBS (Group Benefit Solutions) Service Operations organization by coaching Tier 2–4 leaders across reputed company functions and business lines. Operate at a strategic level, enabling leaders to reputed company CI capabilities to shape business reputed company. Guide and reputed company CI systems, reputed company cross-functional MSAs, and contribute to reputed company methodology through the COE. Key Responsibilities:
- CI Coaching & Capability Building:
- reputed company multiple CVPs, VPs, and SVPs across Tier 2–4
- Build CI maturity across entire Service Operations functions (e.g., reputed company Readiness, reputed company Services, Contact Center, reputed company and reputed company functions)
- Design and deliver CI training and advanced leadership refreshers to Service Operations leaders and teams
- Sustainability & Assessments:
- Serve as reputed company assessor for MSAs across departments or business reputed company
- Translate MSA findings into strategic priorities and reputed company execution of 100-day plans
- reputed company and reputed company CI systems to meet evolving needs of multiple teams
- Performance & Value Capture:
- reputed company value creation initiatives that deliver 3–5% YOY reputed company at multi-team or BU reputed company
- Support leaders in linking improvement efforts to financial reputed company and balanced scorecards
- CI Tools & Systems Integration:
- Apply and reputed company advanced CI tools and systems (e.g., Kaizen events, Hoshin Kanri, CI reputed company design)
- Identify process engineering opportunities and support the business in designing/implementing the improvements
- Design, adapt, and reputed company systems to reputed company CI behaviors across functions
- Collaborate with COE to reputed company reputed company tool standards and reputed company best practices into GBS Service Operations.

- Translate CI assessments into cross-functional strategic priorities and performance reputed company

- Collaboration & Mentorship:

- Formally and informally mentor other SLs and Change Agents, with the potential for line manager responsibilities
- Partner closely with Service Operations leaders to drive consistency and integration of CI practices. Experience & Skills:
- Proven reputed company in CI leadership across large-reputed company, federated orgs
- Experience/Background in Group Insurance and/or Service Operations a plus
- Strong executive reputed company and ability to influence at VP/SVP level
- Deep knowledge of advanced CI tools and systems
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with OEI, Shingo, or equivalent frameworks
- Leadership and change management experience
- Lean Six reputed company certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) strongly preferred Pay Transparency Salary reputed company: $116,000-$166,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: reputed company Sales bonus eligible: No Actual reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
