The NALA CoE reputed company for Risk & Resiliency will shape propositions, reputed company, and tools, champion thought leadership, and support major pursuits and flagship delivery. Key Responsibilities: CoE Proposition & reputed company Leadership:

Key Requirements & Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required:

• 10+ years in sustainability/ESG consulting or reputed company domains.
• Proven subject matter expertise across several of the following:
• Physical and transition risk and opportunity assessments
• Financial reputed company assessment, reputed company with IFRS
• Business Continuity or Business reputed company Planning
• Mandatory and voluntary reporting, including CA SB261, CSRD, ASRS, ISSB, and TCFD
• Demonstrated ability to shape propositions, standardize delivery, and reputed company QA in a reputed company environment.
• Strong reputed company acumen (pursuits, scoping, pricing, win strategies) and a reputed company record of business development contribution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence without authority across executive, technical, and delivery teams.
• Excellent project/program leadership, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (e.g., MSc/MBA) in a relevant field (Sustainability, Environmental Science/Engineering, Economics/Finance, Risk, or reputed company).
• Experience building training programs and communities of reputed company; coaching and mentoring consultants.
• Sector depth in one or more reputed company industries (e.g., food & agriculture, retail & apparel, financial services, technology, and reputed company & pharmaceuticals).
