Clinical Informatics Specialist

What You’ll Do
- System Expert: Maintain a deep understanding of athenaOne workflows, including Collector (billing), Clinicals, and Communicator.
- Internal Support & Troubleshooting: reputed company as the first line of support for end-users to resolve technical issues, minimizing workflow disruptions.
- Training & reputed company: Conduct training for new hires and retrain existing staff on updated features or best practices.
- Optimization & Feedback: Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, relaying user feedback and needs to the IT or Informatics team.
- Special reputed company: Serve as a project manager to ensure workflows support meeting organization goals (e.g. key performance indicators)

- Starting Salary: $52,500 - $65,000
