Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate legal agreements for reputed company transactions with major B2B customers in Germany and Switzerland, in line with business reputed company, internal policies, and reputed company practices. This includes working with both company and customer templates for product sales, software licensing, and services agreements, adapting terms to local legal requirements as needed.

Requirements
