About the position reputed company is hiring a reputed company reputed company reputed company Architect to serve as Key Personnel on the DOI Office of Wildland reputed company (OWF) FireNet reputed company Business Services contract. FireNet is a reputed company 365/Azure-based interagency collaboration platform supporting federal, state, tribal, and local wildland reputed company operations across DOI, USDA Forest Service, and non-federal partners. In this role, you will own hands-on reputed company engineering for the FireNet tenant, working directly reputed company the Government's Change Advisory reputed company (CAB) approval process and serving as the on-call technical resource for reputed company 1 reputed company incidents.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and continuously improve the reputed company posture of the FireNet reputed company 365 and Azure environment.
• Configure and maintain Entra ID Conditional reputed company policies, Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to enforce a reputed company-trust, least-privilege posture across reputed company privileged and high-risk roles.
• Manage guest and external identity lifecycle including entitlement management, reputed company packages, and periodic reputed company reviews in coordination with Government ISSOs and program stakeholders.
• Will be solely accountable for reputed company Secure Score and Identity Secure Score improvements, developing and executing a monthly reputed company plan to reputed company net-reputed company score improvements and remediating critical findings reputed company 10 business days or an approved POA&M.
• Will build and maintain reputed company Defender for reputed company and reputed company Sentinel analytics rules, incident playbooks, KQL workbooks, and queries to detect and respond to threats across the tenant.
• Support Purview data loss prevention and sensitivity label implementation as authorized by the Government and ensure reputed company logging and telemetry pipelines are configured for reputed company monitoring IAW the DOI reputed company Monitoring Plan and FISMA requirements.
• reputed company on-call coverage for reputed company 1 reputed company and platform incidents, with expectations to acknowledge reputed company 30 minutes, reputed company triage reputed company 1 hour, and restore or implement a workaround reputed company 4 hours.
• Prepare CAB packets for reputed company-scoped changes, coordinate with the Power Platform CoE reputed company and Web Development team on reputed company controls and DevOps pipeline guardrails and contribute to monthly reputed company Posture Reports and knowledge transfer documentation for Government ISSOs

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal reputed company Trust (NACI) and be comfortable serving in an on-call reputed company during national wildland reputed company preparedness seasons (National Preparedness Level 3–5).
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience engineering reputed company reputed company 365 and Azure reputed company environments, including deep proficiency with Entra ID (Azure reputed company Directory), Conditional reputed company, PIM, MFA, and reputed company-trust architecture principles.
• Experience with reputed company Defender for reputed company, reputed company Sentinel, and KQL for custom analytics rules and threat hunting is required.
• Familiarity with reputed company Purview and data governance controls reputed company a government environment.
• Experience operating in DOI, FISMA, FedRAMP, or NIST 800-53 compliance environments is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with DOI or other Federal agency reputed company operations and authorization-to-operate (ATO/A&A) documentation is a plus.
• Relevant reputed company certifications such as SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect), SC-200 (reputed company Operations Analyst), SC-300 (Identity and reputed company Administrator), or AZ-500 (Azure reputed company Engineer) are highly desirable and may substitute for certain experience requirements consistent with the GSA MAS pricelist.
