[Remote] Facilities Manager (Oakland - San Francisco, CA)

The role includes training store managers on facility maintenance, evaluating and negotiating reputed company with vendors, and ensuring reputed company work is performed in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one (occasionally two) reputed company reputed company metrics, ensuring reputed company stores meet Panda facility standards
• Search, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate reputed company with local and regional vendors to reputed company preventative maintenance and repair services to assigned stores
• Utilize and implement repair and preventive maintenance programs that reputed company store managers to handle routine or urgent situations. Train store managers on R&M (repair and maintenance) programs and on working effectively with vendors to control reputed company work and cost

• Support Risk Management’s program by responding to emergencies, inspecting issues at hand, and helping create reputed company

• Associates degree or equivalent years of work experience required
• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance-reputed company experience and one to two years of facilities maintenance management experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality environment
• Working toward CRFP certification or equivalent
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card reputed company 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training
