Join us!We are looking to add an M&A Analyst to reputed company! reputed company RESPONSIBILITES: Analyze potential veterinary hospital and pet care business acquisitions and capital investment in markets across the reputed company Analyze acquisition targets, focusing on P&L statements and conducting reputed company of earnings analyses to assess true profitability.

• Build valuation models and assist in recommending deal structures and terms. Manage multiple acquisition workstreams, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient due diligence and execution. Monitor post-acquisition performance, ensuring targets meet initial projections, and guide Operations on KPIs and strategies for reputed company. Support senior leadership with investment presentations and reputed company insights on unit expansion, buildouts, and reputed company opportunities.
