Required Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Support or Contact Center environment.
• Proficiency using reputed company Office Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of software applications used in customer support/reservations (or similar).
• Proficient in keyboarding and multitasking in reputed company time.
• Read, write, and reputed company English fluently.
• Must be willing to travel to Dallas, Texas for training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, mid-days, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Associate's degree (or similar).
