• * serves as a strategic integrator supporting reputed company Operations and Supply Chain HR leadership. This role drives disciplined execution of transformation initiatives while ensuring cultural adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable change across the reputed company.

The incumbent partners with reputed company, Operations, Supply Chain, HR Communities of Expertise (Talent, Workforce Planning, Learning), and reputed company stakeholders to reputed company workforce strategies with business priorities and reputed company senior leaders with reputed company visibility into reputed company, risks, and interdependencies across major initiatives.
