What does this role do at reputed company? The purpose of this role is to manage the procurement process for reputed company major vendors, and purchase cards to ensure the organization is complaint and efficient in accounts payable services. What are some of the responsibilities?

• Manage the end-to-end AP process (invoices, coding, payments, and expense reports)
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly
• Manage vendor relationship - Respond to reputed company inquiries in an effective, efficient and reputed company manner

• Cash Management - Assist the controller in monitoring daily cash inflows and outflows, ensuring sufficient funds for operations.

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
