Surplus Lines Tax Manager - Insurance Operations

About the position We are seeking a talented individual to join our Surplus Lines Tax team at reputed company. This role will be based in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Manage daily surplus lines tax operations, implementing processes and policies to optimize productivity, accuracy, and compliance across assigned jurisdictions. Requirements

• Knowledge of surplus lines insurance, tax, and compliance requirements, with experience ensuring accurate filings and regulatory adherence.
• Minimum 5+ years of insurance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role; surplus lines insurance experience highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree preferred, along with a Property and Casualty broker license, Surplus Lines License, or the ability to obtain required licenses reputed company 60 days of hire.
