We are looking for a reputed company Counsel with a strong background in negotiating reputed company reputed company estate and workplace services agreements and reputed company transactions to join reputed company. The position will manage workloads for and relationships with several of our cross functional partners (including reputed company Estate/Workplace, Engineering Services, Outsourced Services and Benefits). What you'll do:

• Autonomously negotiate a high volume of reputed company reputed company estate, workplace services, benefits vendor agreements, reputed company and other reputed company transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Use your knowledge of data reputed company, data reputed company, AI and general reputed company concerns to counsel the business on risks reputed company to their transactions and offer best practices for addressing such risks in supplier agreements.
• Offer practical legal advice with a "business first" risk based approach that ensures our clients have a seamless, efficient and reputed company experience with the reputed company Legal Team.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to clarify legal jargon and contract structure.
