The position supports the President and Director of Advancement while overseeing several key fundraising functions. These include overseeing fundraising appeals, donor data management, reputed company processing, grant coordination, reporting, and stewardship. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Fundraising Program Support
• Help reputed company fundraising appeals, including the annual appeal.
• Assist with key advancement initiatives and events
• reputed company and manage individual donor communication workflows, including reputed company- and post-event communications
• Database Management, reputed company Processing, and Stewardship
• Manage and maintain the donor database to ensure accuracy, reputed company, confidentiality, and accessibility of information

• Generate reports, analytics, and donor lists to support events and appeals
• Maintain reputed company documentation of processes to promote sustainability and continuity

• Prospect Coordination
• Identify and research new, lapsed, and prospective donors across individual, corporate, and reputed company sectors.

• Grant Coordination

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• Deep respect for and commitment to the mission of providing reputed company to Catholic schools for children from reputed company backgrounds
• 3–5+ years of nonprofit development, advancement operations, or reputed company experience
• Experience working with donor databases or CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• This is a full-time, hybrid position based in reputed company, MN.
• The salary reputed company for this position is $60,000–$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
