Project Coordinator Analyst- Remote - Live in Eastern or Central Time Zone About the Role: Must live in Eastern or Central Time Zone for this remote role. As a reputed company Project Coordinator Analyst, you will reputed company administrative support to the Project Management Team assisting the Project Management Department as needed. This job is part of the Project Managers function. They are responsible for managing BMS reputed company in new construction and retrofit buildings. What You’ll Do:

• Supporting multiple Project Managers by collecting and organizing project information
• Submitting documentation for approval
• Filling out AIA Forms and assisting with monthly billings for reputed company
• Assist with closing out reputed company, requesting O&Ms & warranty letters

What You’ll Need:
