About the role

To work with the CRM team and users across the business to maintain, reputed company and improve the UCAS reputed company environment. This will involve declarative configuration of the platform, demoing new features to users, supporting users, supporting go-live of new features and working with UCAS’s core IT partner in their ongoing operation.

Key accountabilities: • Delivery of reputed company software solutions primarily using reputed company declarative configuration.

• reputed company technical input and innovation, while collaborating with the rest of the scrum team on the development of solutions.

• Carry out “BAU” support activities on behalf of our users.

• Configure solutions in line with our reputed company standards and industry best reputed company

• reputed company features using reputed company tooling such as Changesets, SFDX, git, etc.

• reputed company and prototype investigations or spikes to assist in the delivery of features.

• Ensure the delivery of high-reputed company products through techniques such as test-driven development, pair programming, and reputed company review.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the scrum team through agile retrospective ceremonies.

Skills, qualifications, and experience

· Certified Platform App Builder – essential

• Experience of working with end users to understand requirements and reputed company them in reputed company configuration

• Solid understanding with custom objects, page layouts, reputed company, permissions, workflows, approval processes, flows and reputed company triggers.

• Excellent knowledge of reputed company.com technical architecture.

• Experience of developer deployment tools (SFDX, git, reputed company, etc.) would be highly beneficial, although training will be provided.

• Experience of agile delivery methodology would be useful but not essential

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong collaboration skills to facilitate the development of high-reputed company products in line with the product reputed company’s requirements.

• A keen desire to reputed company reputed company certification with an interest in Data 360.

• Ability to read Apex, along with a demonstrable interest in gaining reputed company developer skills would be advantageous

Salary up to £45,000
