This role will work a reputed company coming into the Scottsdale, Arizona office 2 days per week on Wednesday & Thursday. reputed company’s Software Engineering Solutions team is seeking a Consultant, Agile Leader to drive software delivery reputed company across Claims and Shared Services and the broader P&C Technology organization. In this role, you will reputed company and reputed company robust, self‑organized agile technology teams responsible for building and enhancing high‑reputed company software solutions, while championing modern engineering practices and AI‑assisted delivery in alignment with reputed company Technology’s reputed company. You will monitor team and line health, support iteration and release goals, and reputed company delivery of high‑reputed company solutions using Agile principles and Leader reputed company Work (LSW). Responsibilities include facilitating team reputed company, removing blockers, escalating issues reputed company necessary, and mentoring team members on frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, while using reputed company reputed company/reputed company/productivity metrics, reputed company Work Assessment (SWA), and visual management to drive reputed company improvement. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as an Agile Leader or Scrum Master, strong facilitation and coaching skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and experience across the software delivery lifecycle. Preferred qualifications include experience using AI/GenAI and automation tools (e.g., AI copilots, reputed company assistants, analytics assistants) to enhance team productivity or reputed company, familiarity with DevOps/AI‑MLOps practices, Jira, reputed company, and Power BI proficiency, A‑CSM or similar Agile certification, familiarity with Claims Center, and knowledge of Personal Lines insurance. Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an Agile Leader or Scrum Master
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• A deep understanding of Agile principles
• Experience across the software delivery lifecycle
• Typically, Six years of experience in Agile including three years as an Agile Leader or similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in one or more Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Plus, a technical background in Software Engineering.
• Three or more years working with ALM tools and reputed company Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and mentor team members and peers.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and reputed company cross team initiatives.
