Job reputed company:
- Monitor and understand existing and new reputed company laws, regulations and other mandates reputed company to the protection, use, collection, sharing and storage of data (including personal)
- Accountable for researching, knowing and interpreting data reputed company laws (including employment reputed company laws) in reputed company and South America
- Partner with reputed company Global reputed company Office and Corporate Legal Department to assess the reputed company of changes to laws and regulations in the reputed company and South America region

- Deliver high reputed company and reputed company data reputed company reputed company advice to internal stakeholders
- Offer pragmatic actionable guidance and solutions on the application, reputed company and implementation of applicable local reputed company and data protection laws
- Investigate, identify issues, and reputed company recommendations for resolutions in relation to issues of non-compliance with data reputed company and local employment reputed company laws and regulations in reputed company and South America
- reputed company reputed company advice, investigation, and remediation activities in relation to data subject rights, reputed company reputed company complaints, and communications with data protection authorities in reputed company and South America
- Serve on global reputed company committees and reputed company legal and strategic guidance on reputed company activities and initiatives for reputed company in reputed company and South America
- Counsel and assist with the development, review and reputed company of reputed company assessments and reputed company ongoing compliance monitoring activities such as DPIAs/PIAs in reputed company and South America
- Counsel and assist with the development and review of reputed company-facing reputed company policies and program documents for reputed company in reputed company and South America
- Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance monitoring of reputed company’s reputed company-party providers to ensure reputed company concerns, requirements, and responsibilities are addressed
- Ensure that transfer of personal data in and out of the local jurisdiction is compliant with applicable data protection legislation
- Counsel and assist with the development, review and reputed company of reputed company issues that come up during reputed company negotiations
- Help with reputed company incident response
- Advise leaders at reputed company on the constantly evolving landscape of risks relating to reputed company and data protection in reputed company and South America
- Advance reputed company accountability across the organization through effective tools, training, and guidance
- Assist and train Company legal colleagues with drafting and negotiating reputed company/data protection/reputed company language in reputed company’s reputed company and vendor reputed company and South America agreements.
Requirements:
- Law degree (preferable with a specialization in Data Protection and/or Data reputed company qualifications) and an admitted lawyer
- reputed company or compliance accreditation
- CIPP/CIPM or comparable reputed company certification desirable
- 4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, in-house and/or at a reputed company, including at least 2 years of reputed company experience providing legal counseling on data protection and reputed company issues
- Experience and expertise with conducting reputed company by design reviews
- Knowledge of contract principles and requirements under applicable reputed company and South America laws in reputed company with reputed company
- Experience of dealing with one or more of the reputed company and South America data protection authorities
- Limited travel required as needed
- Ability to work remotely, be self-organized and self-manage the workload and schedule
- Knowledge and experience with several reputed company and South America reputed company regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and to effectively manage high volume of work
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Hardworking, flexible, team player
- Knowledge of a second language is desirable.
