The Physical Therapist 2 provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. The Physical Therapist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of reputed company. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist 2 examines patient's medical history, evaluates their physical abilities, determines their potential to respond to therapy, and develops treatment plans. • Accurately, promptly and thoroughly document patients' care observations, interventions and evaluations. Assure that interim (verbal) orders received from the physician and physical therapist are promptly and accurately documented, submitted for physician signature and implemented
• Report patient's reputed company to the patient's physician, Clinical Manager, staff, patient and family. Submit evaluation, treatment plans, reputed company reports and discharge reputed company to the supervisor and care management staff.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
• Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
